From Assessment to a Provider Review

Answer clinical questions online in under 8 minutes. Our system performs initial eligibility screening based on FDA guidelines.
A Provider Reviews Your Case
A licensed provider in the network, licensed in your own state, reviews your responses — typically within 24–48 hours. They may request additional labs or a brief telehealth call. iScript.care does not review cases and does not prescribe.
Prescription Issued & Shipped
If your provider approves you, they send the prescription to a state-licensed compounding or retail pharmacy, which dispenses and ships it discreetly to your door in 2–3 business days.
Ongoing Monitoring & Check-Ins
For RPM-eligible programs (GLP-1, cardiometabolic), your monitoring device is included in the plan price. Nurse check-ins and connected monitoring run between your provider's reviews — this is the part iScript.care actually does.
