Medication included
A doctor-led GLP-1 weight loss programme using compounded medication prepared to your prescriber’s individual order. Orally disintegrating options available. Your care team, your devices and your medication in one monthly price — from $199.
Take the 60-second medical assessmentA compounding pharmacy prepares medication to a prescriber’s order for one identified patient, rather than dispensing a mass-manufactured product. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality.
Under federal law your clinician may only prescribe a compounded version where they determine there is a clinically significant reason it suits you specifically — and they record that reason. It is a clinical decision made for you, not a product you can select. FDA-approved branded medication is also available through ThinQ Branded, and your clinician will say plainly if that is the better route for you.
How it works
You are never buying medication from a website. You are being assessed by a licensed clinician who decides what — if anything — is right for you.
Around 60 seconds. The same medical questions our branded programme uses — nothing is skipped because the medication route is different.
A US-licensed clinician reads your full profile and decides whether a compounded preparation is clinically appropriate for you. They may recommend the branded route instead, or decline to prescribe.
If approved, your prescription is sent electronically to Empower Pharmacy and prepared to your prescriber’s individual order. It ships directly to your door.
Your cellular scale and BP monitor arrive, your NP calls you, and your dose is titrated against real readings — not a fixed calendar.
What you get
The difference between this and our branded programme is the medication route and the cost — not the standard of care.
Compounded and shipped monthly. Included in your price — no separate pharmacy bill to chase.
Scheduled check-ins from the same person, not a rotating queue or a chatbot.
Smart scale and blood pressure monitor. No app pairing, no Bluetooth — step on and it transmits.
Day 3 and Day 14 check-ins on every dose change, with anti-nausea support on request.
Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged. You are charged only once a US-licensed clinician reviews and approves your plan. If they decline, you are not charged.
Your record, your messages and your readings stay inside one protected system.
The formulary
Your prescriber chooses the preparation, the form and the dose. Nothing here is a promise that a particular medication will be prescribed to you.
Tirzepatide ODT and semaglutide with methylcobalamin ODT. Dissolves on the tongue — no needles, no refrigeration.
Available only where your prescriber specifically determines an injectable is appropriate for you and records that reason.
For patients who cannot use or would rather avoid a GLP-1, non-controlled oral combinations are available at your clinician’s discretion.
Anti-nausea medication on request as part of your care plan, so early side effects do not end your progress.
Compounding is performed by Empower Pharmacy, a PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy in Houston, Texas. Prescriptions are transmitted electronically by your prescriber over the Weno Exchange network. iScript.care does not compound, dispense or prescribe.

We run two GLP-1 programmes because patients arrive with different budgets, different feelings about needles and different clinical situations. Neither one is the “better” programme — here is the honest difference so you can pick the one that fits you.
Not sure which fits? Start either assessment — it is the same set of questions, and your clinician will tell you honestly which route they recommend for you.
ThinQ Compounded is a doctor-designed medical weight loss programme built around compounded GLP-1 medication. It includes a personalised care plan, ongoing clinician oversight, medication compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy to your prescriber’s individual order, connected device monitoring (cellular scale and blood pressure monitor), and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner care manager — all delivered remotely. It is the same clinical programme as ThinQ Branded; the difference is the medication route and the price.
Your monthly price includes your clinical care, device monitoring, care management and your medication. There is no separate pharmacy bill to manage. Medication is compounded by Empower Pharmacy to your prescriber’s individual order, and is dispensed and billed by the pharmacy as a separate line on the same checkout. If your clinician decides compounded medication is not appropriate for you, you are not charged.
Side-effect support is part of your membership. We proactively check in on Day 3 and Day 14 of every dose change, and your Nurse Practitioner is reachable between check-ins if symptoms come up sooner. Your clinician reviews your dose rather than leaving you to tough it out. You are never left to manage side effects alone.
Yes. Your ThinQ membership is HSA/FSA eligible. You can use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account card at checkout, just like a regular credit or debit card. We also provide a medical-necessity letter upon request for your benefits administrator.
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation mazes. You can cancel your membership with one tap in your patient portal, 24/7. Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged — you are charged only once a licensed clinician reviews and approves your plan, and if you are not approved you are not charged.
Every ThinQ plan includes a Keep-It-Off Off-Ramp Plan — a maintenance protocol your care team builds with you for the period after titration. Your care team guides you through tapering medication under clinician supervision, and monitoring and check-ins continue through that phase.
A compounding pharmacy prepares a medication to a prescriber’s specific order for one identified patient, rather than dispensing a mass-manufactured product. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. Under federal law a compounded version may only be prepared where your prescriber determines there is a clinically significant difference for you specifically — for example a dosage form or a strength that is not commercially manufactured — and records that reason. It is a clinical decision made for you, not a product you can simply select.
Mostly cost and dosage form. Branded GLP-1 medication is paid separately and set by the manufacturer, which for many people is the largest single cost of treatment. In this programme the medication is included in your monthly price. Orally disintegrating options are also available, which suits people who would rather not inject. Neither programme is clinically superior — they are different routes to the same care, and your clinician will tell you honestly if the branded route is the better choice for you.
Not necessarily. Orally disintegrating tablet options are available in this programme and are what most of our patients start on. Injectable preparations are available only where your prescriber specifically determines they are appropriate for you. Your clinician decides the form and the dose, not the programme.
